In this class you will learn how to layer a 6 inch round tall cake, how to prepare and fill piping bags, crumb coat a cake, work with fondant.
All equipment and ingredients supplied; each participant will get to take home their creation at the end of class in a supplied cake box

NOTE: This cake is a Slab cake that we will shape to create a 2d effect to look like mater
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early as the class will start right on set time
Cancellations on any bookings incur a $50 administration fee, no cancellations within 2 weeks of class booking, no shows forfeit whole class fee
